What animals is XDen suitable for?
Suitability depends on the species and habitat setup. Choose an enclosure based on your animal’s adult size, activity level, climbing or ground-space needs, temperature and humidity requirements, and the husbandry standards you follow.
Can I control temperature and humidity?
Yes. Choose a built-in Natural Model or use Custom Mode to set the temperature, humidity and lighting for your habitat.
Does the camera support live view, recording or playback?
The first 2026 version supports live panoramic viewing through the app. Recording, saved clips, cloud storage and playback are not available in this version.
Can XDen habitats be stacked?
Yes. XDen is designed for vertical stacking. Follow the official installation and stacking instructions for a secure setup.
Can I replace the LED lighting board if I damage it?
Yes. If the lighting board is damaged through improper use, you can purchase a replacement integrated LED board from our official website and replace it yourself.
Will you offer larger XDen sizes?
We are evaluating demand for larger enclosures, particularly for snakes and larger terrestrial reptiles. Updates on future formats will be shared through our official channels.
How much will XDen cost?
VIP Kickstarter prices are US$399 for Mini, US$599 for Terrestrial and US$649 for Arboreal. Including the US$20 deposit and US$50 total cashback, the effective total cost is US$369, US$569 and US$619, respectively.
Shipping, taxes and duties are additional. These prices apply to the VIP campaign offer.
When do you expect to start shipping each model?
